Steps to create Zoho Form

Step 1

Login to your Zoho Forms Account

Step 2

Click on “New Form” as shown in the below screenshot.

Step 3

Give a name to the form and click on “Create” button.

Step 4

Now add the fields by dragging the fields which are present in the left side of the dashboard and dropping in the right side.

Step 5

After creating the form we need to download the HTML and integrate it with the front end. For downloading the HTML code. Click on the below highlighted button.

Step 6

Now click on “HTML & CSS” and generate the code and click on “Download Pain HTML” button. This downloads a zip file. Extract the file and open the file with any of the text editors.
